I wish there were more hours in a day right now. There seems to never be enough time to do and finish everything I need to do. I'll write out a list of things, and look at it...then I'll feel a bit overwhelmed, and then look at it some more...and then go on to try to do each thing within a set time frame. And as I get older, I realize, there just aint no time for all these, even though in the end, all these things need to be done, and eventually will. There's so much to do, I don't even know where to start to a point that it feels like I have nothing to do, and just go on doing other things, taking more/other courses, hanging out with friends, etc...
I went to NT's birthday dinner yesterday. It was really nice to hang out with ppl and celebrate her b'day with everyone. We went to Taste of Spain...it was pricy. I ended up paying $28 for my dinner (I ordered a dish that was less than $20, but after tax/tip and chipping in for her meal, it all added up).
There's a lot of b'days this past while. There's been 6 b'day celebration thingys in the past 3 weeks, and then there 2 more coming in the next 2 weeks, and who knows how much more. It's great and fun to celebrate with friends! But it's really taking a toll on my energy, time and cash. Dinners out and gifts just really add up...ouch.
The problem is that I can hardly ever say no to birthday dinners/parties. Well, we'll see how my times goes for the next month...I may have to start saying 'no' once exams and crunch time is around. Wait a second...I'm practically in CRUNCH TIME NOW!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
