Remember to take time to breathe; to appreciate all the beauty created by God around us; to be thankful for all the blessings; to love

Well, this is my first post to my new blog...yay! how exciting is this :) I figure this'll be a nice and fun way of letting ppl keep updated on what's going in my life (as also suggested by some friends while talking over the Christmas holidays). But please don't let this stop you from really keeping in touch with me - I do have a phone, a cell phone, email, icq, and I am a real person that you can talk to and see in person to have more than just a one-way conversation of my life! I hope my friends and family and whoever will somehow find my blogs about my life interesting...apologies if it's just too boring for you :P

Being back at school/res again in Toronto is nice. The holidays were a nice break from everything, but it has definitely been difficult to re-adjust my schedule and clock, esp for sleeping...falling asleep earlier to wake up early for class has been a challenge, but I'm getting there, eheh...it has been really busy already this past week at school with everything. I learned how to give Vitamin B-12 injections this week! I think they're easier to do than blood draws. We (me as being part of the NSA - naturopathic students' association) have been busy planning and holding several orientation events for the new January intake of 1st yr students for our programme. Good bunch of kids. Man I feel old...3rd yr, almost in the clinic for 4th yr. We're also in the final stages of planning for our annual school formal at the Liberty Grand (on CNE grands) - a really really nice place - on Jan.25:) also celebrating the 25th anniversary of CCNM (my school). Can you believe we were able to make the ticket price for students at $35 only??! mostly from sponsors/donations! it's sooo inexpensive for a really expensive night!! awesome!

Tomorrow, I'm leaving for Montreal with a bunch of other students/classmates to go to Medgames at McGill - should be a fun weekend. This was a deal too! $130 includes transportation to-from, several meals, hotel accom, admission to all events and the parties and clubs (which I may skip out on, or go for just a bit).
